Abi brings twenty-seven years of experience as an executive search consultant, serving the needs of corporate boards and senior executive teams. For the past seven years, Abi served as a partner and co-founder of Parker Snowe, an executive search firm focused on serving the CEO and executive team needs of select clients. For the two decades prior, she served with two of the world’s largest executive search firms: first with Heidrick & Struggles for fifteen years and then with Spencer Stuart. Earlier in her career she served as an officer with Columbia University's Office of Placement and Career Development.
Abi has worked extensively on searches for board members, CEOs and other senior executives leading business units and functional areas. Her experience spans the globe, and she has extensive experience in working with both the largest and smallest of companies, and all forms of ownership.
Abi earned a master's degree from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs and holds a bachelor's degree from Arkansas State University.
