What We Do
Board Search
This service is a traditional retained board search where we engage with the board to recruit new board members. Our market position enables us to provide unrestricted access to top talent.

Reverse Board Search
This service is a highly personalized offering to help well-qualified executives achieve their goal of corporate board service. Our clients are:
- Boards that would like their CEO to gain experience as an independent director
- Companies that would like to broaden key executives’ perspectives as part of development for succession readiness
- Experienced corporate directors seeking to reposition their board portfolio
- Experienced executives seeking their first public company board seat

Board Assessment
Our board assessment service guides a sensitive exercise into a positive outcome-focused alignment exercise. We customize our effort to each client’s circumstances and needs. As experienced board advisors, we understand the nuances of boardroom dynamics and appreciate the delicacy of the assessment process.

CEO Succession and Search
The selection and appointment of a CEO is one of the most important responsibilities of a Board of Directors. We have helped more than 20 board search committees with assessments of potential internal successors, confidential external reviews of the market regarding potentially available talent, and when desired, the active recruitment of an external candidate. A thoughtful plan and strong leadership of a proven process are critical to ensure a good result and to handle the surprises that can occur midstream.

With more than 120 years of collective experience, we have served clients on six continents in these locations…
