Based in London, Simon has been a close colleague of ours for fifteen years. He brings more than thirty years of experience serving executive teams and corporate boards around the globe. He is our dedicated affiliate partner in London. For more than a decade, including as close colleagues at Heidrick & Struggles, Spencer Stuart and Parker Snowe, we have formed a seamless team to serve the top-level recruiting and management assessment needs of clients around the globe.
His focus has always been broadly international and he has led work in most of the major financial centres around the world. He has over thirty years’ experience in board and executive search and management assessment and has conducted a wide range of board, general management and other senior functional searches on behalf of private equity owned, publicly traded and mutual companies. Earlier in his career, he led UK industry practices at Heidrick & Struggles for fourteen years and served as a senior search consultant at Spencer Stuart.
Simon graduated with a master’s degree in law from Trinity College, Oxford before serving his articles with the City law firm, Allen & Overy.
